All BIM Holoview infrastructure, application servers and databases, runs on Microsoft Azure in the US East region. Customer model data is stored and processed on Azure Virtual Machines and in Azure SQL Database within this region; we do not currently replicate customer data to other Azure regions.

BIM Holoview is built on Microsoft Azure's SOC 2 Type II-certified cloud infrastructure, ensuring strong security, availability, and confidentiality protections for customer data. Our platform follows SOC 2-aligned practices, including encrypted data handling, strict access controls, and continuous monitoring, providing a secure and reliable environment for all users.

BIM Holoview does not process or store payment card data directly. All payment processing is handled by PayPal and Stripe, both PCI DSS-compliant payment providers, so cardholder data never touches BIM Holoview's own systems.
